Victoria was born and raised here in the Kootenays. She began playing team sports at a very young age which is where her passion for fitness and healthy living first began. On her off days, Victoria spends her time chasing summits, backcountry hiking and camping, practicing yoga, or lifting weights in the gym. In early 2021 she became a group fitness, and spin instructor here at Oranj, and in the fall she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training! Victoria is ecstatic to share her passion for wellness and healthy living with all. Join Victoria’s classes today to get a great pump on to upbeat music or to just zen out and move with your breath.
