Hi, I’m Stephanie! I was born and raised in Saskatchewan where I began my fitness journey as a tiny dancer. Over the years I have explored dance, yoga, aerial arts, water sports, crossfit and home workouts and I’m forever amazed at what the human body is capable of with consistency and hard work! After years of taking and teaching group fitness classes and training in yoga and aerial disciplines, I wanted to learn more about the mind/body connection and completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2016. When I am not at the studio, you can find me chasing after my daughter, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, spending time outside with my family and working on new courses and certifications! My favorite part of being an instructor at oranj is sharing in the growth that occurs for participants as their confidence and self-love increases!
