Stephanie’s fitness journey began when she walked into a choreographed kick boxing class almost 7 years ago… She was looking to make changes, big changes! Without having any fitness background she knew that something had to change to keep up with her growing daughter with special needs.
That kickboxing instructor lit a spark inside Steph, and inspired her to start her journey to becoming a fitness instructor!
Stephanie completed her AFLCA certification in 2014 and has been having fun while kicking butt ever since 😉 She wants to make everyone feel like she felt the first time she walked into that kick boxing class: strong, inspired, ready to take on the world.
For Stephanie, group exercise is that little escape from the daily struggles that we sometimes face. A time to unwind, focus on YOU and leave feeling strong and ready to take on whatever life may bring!
