Stacy’s passions are vast involving natural product making, knitting, reading, music, hiking, gardening, traveling, and living a yogic lifestyle… but above all helping and healing others so that they can find their own inner spark and joy. Stacy holds a 500 RYT designation with various learnings of yin, vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha, meditation, trauma-sensitive yoga and kids yoga. After an intensive training in India she tries to encompass yoga as a philosophy of living that embodies more than just the asana (poses). Stacy values living a holistic and balanced life that caters to connections of the body, mind, and soul.
