Born and raised in Grande Prairie, Shelina met the love of her life here and was married in 2006. She completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2017, and has taken every opportunity to dive into this awesome community. She’s excited to be able to share her love of yoga (philosophy, asana, meditation and beyond) with you!
Shelina also has a business crafting handmade Malas, and is available for private male-making / yoga classes here at oranj.
A devoted wife and mother who loves to read and spend time with friends and family, Shelina is always ready for a good laugh!
