Sheena started practicing yoga to heal from personal grief and loss and found its effects to be life changing. Shifting gears from a high school PE teacher to earning her YTT in 2013 under Pedro Franco. Believing deeply in the body and mind’s ability to heal itself given the right tools, Sheena seeks to inspire students to use meditation to better their quality of life. When she’s not on her mat you’ll most definitely find her in the kitchen creating. A penchant for fine dining, great wine and even better cheese; weekend plans will typically involve all three. Living by the simple philosophy “Fill what’s empty, empty what’s full and scratch where it itches” catch Sheena is a variety of classes ranging from restorative to powerful flows.
