Sarah is passionate about health and fitness. She especially loves teaching step. She loves sharing what she’s learned with others.
She loves to encourage, motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals and to maintain healthy lifestyles. Other than fitness, Sarah’s favourite thing is to spend time with her husband, Doug, and their two girls, Aleah (4) and Callie (1 month). In her spare time Sarah also enjoys sewing, knitting, cooking, and having “tea” dates with friends.
