Rachel Francois is a spin, fitness, and yoga instructor, coming from a background as an elite 800-meter runner. Her classes are focused on form, function, stability, and strength. Rachel’s goal is to provide an environment for everyone to have a blast, and to feel empowered, strong, and energized. Rachel is teaching bootcamp, spin, meditation, and yoga at oranj and can’t wait to have you in her class!
