At oranj we provide a wide mixture of yoga, group fitness and cycle classes. We take our time at the barre with pride. Working to strengthen, elongate and tone muscles throughout the body to help condition your body for every day life. Barre is amazing for your stabilizing muscles which are a huge help for all your cross-training. This class will have you craving the burn in a low-impact way that is great for all levels.
Some of the classes we offer are Barre, Barre fusion classes, Barre Express, and Cardio Barre. Some of these classes are offered at room temperature, in a warm or hot room. We provide complimentary equipment, sweat towels, filtered water and full amenity showers. Each class will have you challenging new limits with our world-class instructors who are there to ensure you have a great time.
Our barre classes range from 45 minutes – 60 minutes in length. We ask that you come a minimum of 15 minutes early for class so you can be ready to start on time. If you have children booked in childcare, they can be dropped off 10 minutes before class starts. We also have a vegan superfood smoothie bar that you can pre order before class.

Oranj Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training into one upbeat full body workout. The moves are choreographed to motivating music and all students do the exercises as one large group. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll perform movements on the barre to slim and tone, or you’ll use exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt your muscles on your exercise mats. This is a low intensity class and great for all levels.

Barre is a fun way to design a tighter tush through high repetition, isolated movements all the while improving posture, grace and flexibility. Come and meet us at the barre!
Barre is typically low-impact, however in this class you will be given different cardio options. Barre is derived from the ballet barre exercises that ballerinas practice to lengthen and strengthen their muscles to create long, lean limbs. Barre is a fun way to design a tighter tush through high repetition and isolated movements while improving posture, grace, and flexibility. Meet us at the barre!
HOT Yoga Barre
This is a merge of dance, Pilates, ballet, fitness and yoga together. It is a difficulty of 7-8 out of 10. It is broken into three sections. 1. Warm up and Flow Yoga. 2. Barre Exercises. 3. Cool down and Savasana. After we have a yoga warm up, we flow through Sun Salutations A and B to warm the body up and get ready for the barre portion of class. The barre portion consists of approx. 30 minutes of exercises that are all taught to the beat of the music and all exercises are performed on your yoga mats. One muscle group will be worked per song to the tempo of the beat. Lastly, we end class with a few finishing yoga postures and a relaxing and much deserved savasana!
Cycle and Barre
Come ready to spin those buns off for 30 minutes of high energy cycling, followed by a 30 minute total body barre inspired class. This class increases metabolism with cardio burst on the bikes, then works the entire body on the barre using isometric, concentrated movements. Be prepared to sweat and have your muscles shaking!
Try HIIT barre, which combines the toning benefits of barre workouts with the cardio benefits of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for one explosive workout. This quick routine will strengthen your entire body while getting your heart rate up!
Yoga Barre is the ultimate combo to help you tighten, tone and lengthen your muscles like never before! This is a fused yoga & Barre class in Ryan Gosling. It’s great for both males and females, so bring your friends! Come ready to warm up and get your sweat on with exercises both on and off your mat. Your core will be on fire by the time we switch it up for Barre where we’ll tone your muscles to complete exhaustion… buns, legs, upper body… and yes more core! Ending with a good stretch, you’ll love your cool lemongrass towel after this class!
WARM Express Barre
WARM Express Barre is a wicked awesome 45 minute class that will tone that body like no other!!!! Here we will integrate the fat burning format of interval training with the muscle shaping technique of isometrics. Come ready to use the elongating principles of dance conditioning, and couple it with the core training of pilates and yoga to create a new workout that quickly and safely reshapes your entire body.When you leave this class you will be shaking a glorious shake! This class takes place in a heated room – 28 – 34 degrees! Barre socks are mandatory.
Barre + Bike
What Barre + Bike? Yes please!!! This great combo class has it all start it out on the bike get that heart rate up then work on lengthening and strengthening those muscles with ballet inspired movements.
