Nicole can captivate and “move” a room of participants out of their bodies and into their hearts. This is no easy feat; yet with passion and enthusiasm Nikki facilitates a wide array of active classes for seniors, women, youth and kids in the surrounding area. Her capacities are not limited to dance and fitness.; she writes, scripts, and puppeteers for small events and groups that sustain her creative drive. Nicole founded her creative Holistic Fitness and Arts mobile service in the Kootenays in 2015. Movement combined with the mindfulness, rituals and ceremonies practiced and passed down from our Teachers, Elders, and the Teacher within, creates a unique holistic and mindful service that engages the entire body!
