Michelle Rose is a dancer turned yogi who has been inspiring students since 2016. With her RYT-200 certification through Oranj and recent Aerial Yoga certification, Michelle is delighted to bring her passion for movement to the classroom- and, when possible, outdoors! She teaches everything from Vinyasa to Restorative yoga and loves to help you connect with your breath and body.

As a proud born-and-raised resident of beautiful Penticton, Michelle loves to feel the sun on her skin and take advantage of the great outdoors. When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find her reading, making jewelry, or savouring some local wine.

Michelle believes that yoga truly is for every body regardless of age, ability or experience. She brings joy, enthusiasm, and laughter to each class so that every student feels safe and welcome during their practice.
