Michelle has been a personal trainer and group fitness coach for over 12 years and has completed her 200 hour Maya yoga teacher training as well as Level 1 Mat Pilates. Michele has taken the leap from being a Restaurateur to a full time Fitness coach. When Michelle is not at work you can find her paddle boarding on the lake, hiking up Knox mountain, doing yoga at one of Kelowna’s beautiful beaches or frolicking at the park with her two lovely children Gabby and Liam. Michelle is also known as Badass Blackford and teaches a mean boot camp, fierce spin classes, core filled Pilates classes, gentle yoga classes, and butt burning Barre classes. You name it Michelle can teach it! Unless you name Zumba, or Sexy dance time….. But she would try!
