Lisa completed her 225hr teacher training at Love Life Hot Yoga where she learned that with the right modifications, yoga can be accessible to anyone.
What she loves most about yoga is that no matter what your life is like off the mat you can always come to the mat and find a quiet space where you can simply be yourself. Life can get busy and complicated but yoga can help quiet the mind, and help to release stress and anxiety. No matter how you are feeling that day, you can come out of yoga feeling a sense of balance between the mind and body.
So much of our lives are spent trying to exceed expectations of other and ourselves. But when you come to the mat there are no expectations, no judgements. You can simply be yourself. After having two kids Lisa had a hard time giving herself a break. Yoga helped her reconnect to her mind and body. It provided the quiet moments and stress relief she needed to think more clearly.
Lisa loves that when you step into Oranj you instantly feel at home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting from the front of house staff to the clean and cozy studios. You get the whole spa-like experience.
