Breakdowns lead to breakthroughs. That’s how Lisa’s yoga/health journey began, in 2012 she was living in Australia & strangely enough she had hit rock bottom on the other side of the world. Lisa needed a shift & that’s when she found yoga. It was love after her first class at Power Living Yoga Australia, it grounded her, cleared her mind & got her back into her heart space. After that class everything started to shift for Lisa. She enrolled in a ’40 days to personal revolution’ at the studio & her journey of self study has exploded from there. Through her training in India as well as real life “Eat, Pray, Love,” travels, Lisa advocates for the connection of the mind, body, and spirit, she believes they are all interconnected. She is now a certified health & life coach, yoga teacher & essential oils wellness advocate. This journey has created a life she now loves and she can’t wait to share her passion, expertise and experience with each of you!
parking instructions
Kensington Road, Kensington Crescent and surrounding streets have plenty of parking spaces available. There is a ParkLink lot offering flat rates right behind our studio on Kensington Crescent. Calgary Transit buses stop directly in front of our studio also! Most streets have 2 hour paid parking, but some street parking is free before 9am and after 6pm.

FREE CURBSIDE PARKING
There is some free time-limited parking available on Bowness Rd, 12 St and 13 St around the St John Fine Arts Elementary School (15 12th St NW). Be sure to read the signs to comply with parking regulations.
METERED CURBSIDE PARKING
With exception to permit parking in residential zones surrounding the Kensington area, there is metered parking on nearly every street in the Kensington area. Once again, be sure to read the signs to comply with parking regulations, especially on 10 St during rush-hour time periods as some time restrictions do apply.
KENSINGTON GATE
Often overlooked, Kensington Gate offers numerous stalls above ground as well as about 100 stalls underground, all available for public parking. There is almost always parking available here, even during busy times.

CPA LOT 23 at 1101 Memorial Dr NW
Located beside the old Firehall. Access is from eastbound Memorial Drive only.
CPA LOT 37 at 1056 Memorial Dr NW
Located on the north side of Memorial Dr, access is from westbound Memorial Dr only.
CPA LOT 57 at 1210 Kensington Rd NW
Located on the north side of the road, this lot is a great one for those of you who are coming in from Crowchild Trail via Kensington Rd.
