From the young age of three Lauren has had a passion for music. From ballet to hip hop, group fitness, to spin, music has driven her through all forms of movement. After being a regular member at Oranj Castlegar and trying her first cycle class, it was love at first bike! Lauren took her cycle training through oranj fitness and it’s now time to put her excitement to use! Expect to sweat and have fun with this ball of wonderful energy! Now let’s ride!
