Kirstin has been a ball of energy since she was young! Since she has always been involved with group sports, a career in group fitness was an easy choice. Kirstin is certified in Spin, Classic Barre, Barre Bata, Pre and Postnatal Barre, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and HIIT. Get ready to get sweaty, be pushed to your limits and laugh during her classes. When Kirstin is not teaching fitness, she’s out running, hiking, dirt biking or golfing. The reason Kirstin got into fitness is because she loves helping people meet their goals and being there for them throughout their fitness journey.
