Competitive sports and fitness have always been a passion of Jessie’s, from her dad putting hockey skates on before she could walk to playing every kind of intramural sport in University. She developed a desire to share her passion with others by coaching local female sports and to this day, she continues to play on the local Rocky View Sr. Women’s Lacrosse team. It was with no hesitation that Jessie jumped on the opportunity to educate and empower like-minded individuals who had the same aspirations in health and wellness. She continues to challenge herself by living in the moment, appreciating the small things, and pursuing a healthy lifestyle. With the completion of her FIS (Fitness Instructor Specialist) and Cycle Certification, she can’t wait to welcome you to her class and sweat with you!
