Jenneane began teaching group fitness in 2006 after her children started school full-time. She found that exercise was a perfect way to alleviate stress and gain some “me” time while raising three children. She taught many years for the city of Calgary Parks and Recreation and for several private facilities in the oil and gas corporate sector. She continued teaching while living in Ethiopia for two years before moving to Vancouver Island where she enjoyed motivating others to take charge of their health.
Jenneane is happy to have the opportunity to now be part of the Penticton Oranj team after relocating to the Okanagan in the summer of 2018. With the understanding that nutrition plays an extremely large role in mental health , disease prevention and overall well-being she continued her education and earned her diploma in holistic nutrition. Specializing in Low Carb/ KETOGENIC nutrition for overall wellbeing, weight loss, disease prevention, healing, and sport performance. Her designations include Keiser power cycle, TRX/RIP trainer, choreography, bootcamp and weight training.
