At oranj we provide a wide mixture of cycle, yoga, and group fitness classes. Our Oranj Cycle classes are high intensity cardio classes that are choreographed to the beat of the music. Each song includes different drills to keep the guests excited and looking forward to more. We teach our cycle classes in a dark room with low lights. We like our music loud, our workouts hard, and our instructors inspiring! Come to this class ready to be pushed to your personal best both on and off the bike. Come ready to join a community of fellow endorphin junkies. Leave burning hundreds of calories, sweating from head to toe and smiling from ear to ear.
Our cycle classes are 45 minutes in length and taught by our world class fitness instructors. Our instructors are all certified in one or more of the following cycle certifications – Oranj Cycle Certification, Keiser Certification, Schwinn Certification, BCRPA Certification, Canfit Pro Certification, Ace Certification or AFLCA. Our Keiser M3i bikes have Progression have the option for clip in shoes or regular running shoes. We provide complimentary sweat towels, filtered water, and full amenity showers. Forgot your gear? No problem, we have a beautiful retail store full of an assortment of clothing brands for you. lululemon athletica, oranj custom and Z-Supply to name a few. We ask that you come a minimum of 15 minutes early for class so you can be ready to start on time. We also have a vegan superfood smoothie bar that you can pre order before class.

50/50 Cycle & Sculpt
This is a combo class guaranteed to break a sweat! The first half is dedicated to getting your heart rate up on the bikes and feeling those quads and booty burn! In the second half of this class, we will be using weights and sculpting lean muscle for a great overall body workout!
