Darryl is an avid cyclist both on road, as well as, indoors. He was drawn to Yoga after suffering an MCL injury to his knee. He quickly discovered that Yoga not only helped the healing process, it also had other benefits. One of the most surprising benefits was how Yoga maintained his Cardio level during his recovery.
Darryl completed his 500 hour YTT in Nicaragua, March 2018. He has also completed Level 1 & 2 Yin Teacher Training.
Darryl’s classes will usually focus a lot on alignment and containment to ensure joints are protected. He is quick to offer adjustments or alternative poses, making his classes great for beginners and more experienced students.
