Hi friends! My name’s Cherokee, I’m a dog mom to a very high energy Dutch Shepherd so you will probably see me out in the community walking him or playing fetch, he LOVES fetch. I am marrying my high school sweetheart on our 10 year anniversary! We just moved to Airdrie and bought a house in 2021. I struggled with chronic back pain and asthma for years until I discovered yoga in 2018 and learned how to control my breathing and started stretching regularly while building strength. I took my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training online during covid for my own mental health, and decided to share my passion for yoga with others in hopes to inspire love and joy in movement!
