Chelsea found yoga in 2010, when she felt as though her life was missing something. It was feeling dull as though there was more out there for her. Yoga intrigued her and would eventually show her what she was missing, a connection with herself. Only having dabbled in yoga, a teacher training seemed overwhelming yet alluring… with borrowed courage and some nudging from Sheila Chutskoff she took a yoga teacher training for her personal practice having no idea it would flourish into a lifestyle and career. From there Chelsea has taken over 1500 hours of training in yoga for therapeutics, yoga for pain, yoga for anxiety & health, kids yoga, and meditation.
Chelsea has a strong focus on aligning the body to bring peace to body, mind, and soul; working to help people on the mat in ways that extend far off the mat. Come spend some time with Chelsea and she will show you how to get closer to yourself.
