Carla Playford has called Fort McMurray home her entire life. She loves be able to share her passion of yoga with a community that is so special to her. In 2011 Carla received her first 200 hour training in Costa Rica, followed by her 300 hour training in yoga therapy. Since then she has had the privilege of learning from the world-renowned teacher, Nicki Doane. Carla believes in the healing powers of yoga, travel, community and adventure so she leads retreats all around the world to connect to herself and her students just a little bit deeper.
