Carla Playford has been practicing and loving yoga since 2012. Carla received her 200-hour and 500-hour training in Costa Rica. She loves teaching flow and power classes to increase energy, strength, and flexibility in the mind and body. For as long as she can remember she has been interested in a mind over matter, natural healing, as well as creating a “love everybody and everything” kind of world. Carla has always strived to find that perfect health and attitude that she would see in all of her books, but when she found yoga she learned that life isn’t about being perfect all the time. Yoga taught Carla that its important to have balance and moderation in everything you do. She believes that there are good days and bad days; days where you feel strong and steady in your practice, and days you just need to lay in corpse pose for an hour.
