Alyssa has a passion for creating balance between nutrition, yoga and fitness in her life, and she shares it with her husband, daughter and two dogs. She loves to help others and wants to help you create your every day balance, both on and off your mat!
An Oranj Fitness YTT graduate, Alyssa stepped on her yogic path and has never looked back. Yoga Teacher Training has definitely helped her find that sweet spot in life! She loves what yoga has done in her life both physically (practicing daily has relieved back pain and improved her posture) and mentally, and she wants to share that with you. In Alyssa’s classes you’ll leave feeling refreshed and energized- ready to take on your day with a clear mind and a happy heart.
Alyssa loves that no matter where you are currently at in your health and fitness journey, upon walking through the front door at Oranj, you are welcomed and you belong. The Oranj staff truly care about you and their community, and they make sure it’s known by the simplest of actions.
