Alanna is a life-long Kelowna girl and sweat-enthusiast! She finished her Human Kinetics degree at the University of British Columbia and since then completed her instructor training in group strength, choreography, TRX, spin, bootcamp, and aquatic aerobics/strength and her personal trainer certification. Now that she can use her knowledge of anatomy and weight training and love of motivating others she is eager to add to her repertoire of exercise specialties even more! She loves being outdoors, traveling, her friends and family, biking, and coffee. She is so happy she can work everyday with and for amazing people and bring her clients even closer to their best self!
